![]() I didn't use that one though because I wanted an gradual fade and achieving that with the Galv plugin requires more frames of animation which (as Galv states) is costly.Īnyway, that's my findings for anyone doing something similar with battlebacks. For those wanting an abrupt but properly looping change Galv's animated battleback plugin does this very easily. yanfly.moe: View a detailed SEO analysis of yanfly.moe - find Website Rank, Website Traffic, Server Information, Meta Information & Server History. The reason why I went with this method is because it fades instead of just snapping. This will cause the battle back to change every turn to create a cheap animation effect. So alternate between fade in of battleback2 and fade out placing fade outs on odd number turns and fade ins on even number turns (for instance). So for anyone new to this plugin who might be trying something similar, the work-around (sort of) that I found is to place fade tags (separate) on different event pages on the troop formation screen. Ok I guess there's currently no way to just loop a fade with the Yanfly improved battlebacks plugin (at least from what I can see).
